Service Description

Specialized rehabilitation programs led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy are offered via mobile service (set location coming soon), on-location for the students and families of Christian Youth Theatre/Cultivate Performing Arts Academy in Colorado Springs, and at your location. Our focus is on enhancing daily function—whether it's tying your shoes, conquering 14,000-foot peaks, or performing on stage—grounded in our commitment to wellness and personal growth. Join us to transform your capabilities and embrace life's activities with confidence.
